Shipping

If your order is received before our cut off time 02:00 PM ET (11:00 AM PST), we are going to ship it the same day. All orders received after cut off time will be processed next business day. Keep in mind weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered as business days. All orders that are $300 and over will be free shipping for 48 contiguous United States. 

Delivery

After shipping your order we will provide you a unique tracking number via email. With this number you can simply track your order and see the updates of your order. Most orders will be delivered in 3 business days depending on their volume. Orders that need to be shipped via LTL(Less than Truckload) will take 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on your location.

Please be advised that TBF Bags is not responsible for any errors caused by shipping carriers such as delayed or lost packages. In the event of an error you do have 3 business days to contact us in regard to your shipment with the details of the issue. Unfortunately after 3 business days we will not be able open a claim with the carrier on behalf of you.
