  • Orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Preferred Image Format: EPS, .AI, .CDR, .PDF, or high-resolution .PNG with a transparent or white background. After placing your order, please email us your artwork in the largest possible size. You may use Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer to send large files. For example, if you select a 12" print, your file must be at least 12" in height to maintain print quality. The larger and clearer your file, the better the final result.

Same-day shipping is available for all orders placed before 2:00 PM ET. Most orders will be delivered within 3 business days. Free shipping is offered on orders over $300 within the continental US.
