  • There will be no extra setup fee or any other hidden fee.
  • Unlimited colors can be used for a single design.
  • Your orders will be shipped in 7 to 10 days. 
  •  Preferred Image Format: EPS, .AI, .CDR, .PDF, .PNG with transparent/white background. Please e-mail us your image as large as possible after you place the order. You can use Dropbox, Google Drive, Wetransfer to send the large images. If you want us to print 12" height image, the image you send us must be at least 12" height, otherwise, print quality might go down. Basically, the larger the file is the better the print quality.

    Same-day shipping is available for all orders placed before 2:00 PM ET. Most orders will be delivered within 3 business days. Free shipping is offered on orders over $300 within the continental US.
